I assume here that you already have downloaded adobe photoshop cs5
Then once the trial is installed, make sure Photoshop is closed and navigate to this directory:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
There's a file titled "hosts".
Edit this hosts file and add following lines:
